Barbara McGuigan is one of the foremost pro-life, pro-chastity educators in the English-speaking world. She is the founder of Voice of Virtue International, a non-profit entity dedicated to spreading the Gospel of Life to a world in crisis. Barbara has spoken throughout the United States and in multiple venues in Australia, Canada, Costa Rica, England, Ireland, Mexico and New Zealand. She also is Open Line’s Tuesday host on EWTN Global Catholic Radio Network as well as her weekly program "The Good Fight."

Her undergraduate studies were at California State University, Northridge, and Mount St. Joseph’s College in Cincinnati, Ohio. Barbara is a wife and mother of three daughters and a son.
